My name is Debbie Dunbar and I am a sole trader and full time painter of pictures. This notice sets out the information that may be collected about you through the use of the Debbie Dunbar Art website www.debbiedunbar.co.uk or my services.
To keep your data safe my computer and phone are protected by the latest update of Security and Antivirus programme Bit Defender. The computer is protected by passwords and encryption. Any paper records are kept in a lockable filing cabinet. Invoices and receipts are used to prepare my annual accounts and by law have to be kept for 6 years, after this time they are destroyed.
From time to time I may change this privacy notice. You may therefore wish to check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. The latest privacy notice will always appear on this page. (Latest policy updated 18-05-2018)

1. Information collected
When you use my website, I may collect personal information about you when you request a specific service using online forms and every time you email me your details. I use this information to:
- contact you to respond to your queries (if you email me with a question, for example)
- provide you with services (send you an email newsletter, process a commission or sale for example)
I collect information about you when you sign up to my email newsletter which I use to inform you of upcoming exhibitions, new work and events etc. You can ask to have your data removed at any time and you will always be able to unsubscribe from my email newsletter using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email newsletter I may send you.
